Coffee Shop: Kaffeeklatsch

This month’s coffee shop is Kaffeeklatsch. To start with, it smells amazing! Every morning they bake from scratch their own breads and pastries in the bakery in the corner of the shop. This leaves the delightful aroma of warm toasted breads permeating the whole establishment. Located right on Lake City Way, when the doors are open there is a some white noise from the cars passing by, however parking is easy if you circle around the block since there is a large parking lot by the back entrance.
The space inside is divided into a seating area with small tables, and on the other side of the café is a kids corner with toys and books. Kaffeeklastch serves up the local coffee roaster True North Coffee to compliment their selection of Bavarian baked goods. Beyond being a cozy place to grab a coffee and gather with friends, at the end of the day Kaffeeklasch helps an assortment of local community establishments by donating all of their unsold baked goods. |
